Ran 21.31 km in 01:52:59 (05:18 /km).
I started out with my usual long run pace. Then it felt good, so I decided to increase pace a bit to see what that would feel like. It felt fine up to the last 2k where I had to fight a bit more to keep the pace. So this is probably not a pace I can sustain for the marathon, but perhaps sub 4h is possible? In a month we will see.
