I practiced Better efficiency with a different wrist angle when running and I felt it worked. It feels easier to run this way.

5x5min threshold intervals on the treadmill at 05:00 /km pace and an angle of 4 (degrees or whatever the number on the treadmill means).
This was one unit steeper than my last threshold session.
The session felt really good.
